Location:

  • Logitech is proud to support a hybrid/remote work culture.  However, to ensure team engagement and meet the demands of the business, this is a full-time hybrid/remote role with the ideal location in: San Jose, California; However, we would consider candidates in other Pacific or Central Time Zones.

The Team and the Role:

 As the Global Product Marketing Manager - Mobile Solutions, you will lead global marketing strategies for product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective positioning and impactful marketing programs. You will oversee the creation of marketing assets, manage campaign execution, timelines, and budgets, and enhance brand visibility across multiple channels. Leveraging data insights, you’ll optimize campaigns, build strategic partnerships, and ensure alignment with business goals and company core values.

You will collaborate with a diverse group of people, functions, and industry-leading partners. Reporting to the Head of Marketing for the Mobile Solutions Business Unit, your role will have a global scope, with opportunities for domestic and international travel.

  • Develop and execute full-funnel global marketing campaigns for new product launches, driving growth in revenue, market share, and return on marketing investment

  • Collaborate with product and business teams to define strategic product positioning and creative direction, ensuring alignment with overall business goals

  • Own the development of data-driven and insightful creative briefs that inspire internal and external creative teams to produce compelling marketing assets

  • Work closely with creative teams to develop a wide range of marketing assets, including product name, copy, imagery, videos, website content, digital banners, social media ads, both etail and retail materials, and more

  • Create comprehensive marketing toolkits that package all assets in a clear, user-friendly format, ensuring they can be easily understood and activated by marketing teams globally

  • Partner with product and design teams to create packaging that stands out in stores, educates customers, and meets cost and sustainability goals

  • Amplify exposure and build brand recognition by working with communications teams on press releases, social media, influencers, launch events, and media relations

  • Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and localization by collaborating closely with product management, regional marketing teams, commercial teams, and creative agencies

  • Manage marketing program timelines and quarterly budgets, ensuring the timely and quality delivery of marketing assets.

  • Build and nurture partnerships with leading corporations for co-marketing and branding opportunities

  • Support the B2B organization with marketing and sales materials to promote our solutions to small, medium, and large businesses

  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to develop effective marketing toolkits, while leveraging campaign performance data to continuously inform and optimize marketing strategies, driving data-driven improvements

  • Champion the vision and purpose of the Mobile Solutions business unit, ensuring alignment with Logitech’s broader marketing organization to reflect brand consistency and core values

  • Strong ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and external audiences, effectively inspiring and communicating marketing strategies to drive alignment and results

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in consumer marketing for a global brand, with a focus on product marketing and campaign management

  • A creative mindset with a strong consumer-first approach, driving both brand impact and campaign success

  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining meticulous attention to detail

  • Skilled in crafting compelling stories that resonate with audiences, maximizing impact within optimized budgets

  • Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • A collaborative team player with a "can-do" attitude and a startup mentality

  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing and branding trends

  • Genuine interest in technology and product design.

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with strong communication skills

  • Decisive and comfortable navigating ambiguity, while guiding team members through it

  • Ability to excel in a multi-disciplinary environment and lead or collaborate within cross-functional teams

  • Curious, collaborative, and insightful, with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Strong understanding of Gen Z culture and what drives them, with the ability to engage this generation authentically

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing

  • Project management experience

  • Background in copywriting and/or graphic design

  • Experience in video production

  • Fluency in languages other than English

  • Creative agency experience

  • Creative in advertising

Education:

Industry equivalent experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

This position offers an annual salary of typically between $ 74K and $ 154K dependent on location and experience.  In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
